You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. (Please note for Mixed Colours we do not offer Returns or Refunds. As long as the product isn’t faulty.) You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received the item, we will inspect them and let you know whether your return is approved. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
