Delivery

Click and Collect:

All online orders will be ready for collection within 24hours, be sure to include a contact number so a team member can call you when your order is ready.

Shipping:

When we receive notification of an order being placed in the morning we generally process and pack the order within 24 hours, once packed the courier is contacted for collection. All orders placed after midday will be dispatched for courier collection the following working day. Orders are only processed and shipped Monday – Friday.

Delivery Times:

Manawatu and North Island orders should be delivered 1-2 days after being collected by Courier. South Island and Rural orders should be delivered 2-4 days after being collected. We will communicate with you quickly if we have any out of stock issues. Please note not all products on the website are in-store. Please allow 2-4 extra days for products not in stock. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you.

Delivery is within New Zealand only and to physical addresses only. We are unable to courier to a PO Box address as we require a signature on delivery. This helps us to ensure your product arrives safely.

Within the Manawatu – $8
Rest of the North Island – $15
South Island – $20
Dangerous Goods / Rural / Bulky Item – Additional $5
